Ingredients
- Maida/Fine flour 1/2 Kg
- Rava 200 gm
- Dry fruits 200 gm
- Sugar 250 gm
- Ilaichi/cardamom 10 pcs
- Coconut powder 50 gm
- Oil 1/2 kg
- Mawa 250 gm
- Ghee 6 Spoon
How to make
Step 1
First we will prepare the dough.
Take 1/2 Kg of flour Add two cups of hot oil and mix it well.
After that knead the dough with water. It’s should not much hard.
Step 2
Now we prepare masala for gujiya filling.
First of all we will take a Pan and saute dry fruits, Ilaichi by adding 2 Spoon ghee.
After that remove the dryfruits in bowl and take coconut powder and saute it with 1 spoon of ghee.
After fried coconut powder take same pan and we will saute the rawa by adding 2 Spoon of Ghee.
Now remove rawa also in the bowl.
Now take same pan and melt Mawa with 2 Spoon of ghee after that add sugar on in Mawa and stir with a Spoon.
After melting sugar and Mawa add dryfruits, Ilaichi on it
dryfruits you can crush by mixer and then add on it.
now add fried coconut powder and rawa on it.
Step 3
filling masala in gujiya.
Take small bowl of dough make it round shapes and add Mawa masala on it.
you can take cap or steel bowl for make it perfect round.
Fill the masala and give the shapes of gujiyas
Make it as below
For design use fork spoon as above
Now put oil in the Pan and fry the gujiyas
Fry the gujiyas in medium flames till the color get light pink.
Now your gujiyas is ready
