How to make Samosa recipe

Dough preparation method

  • Will take 1/2 kg of flour.
  • Add 1/2 a teaspoon of carom seeds and Salt to it.
  • Knead normal dough with two cup of hot oil.

Method of stuffing spices in dough

  • Boil the potatoes and mash them well.
  • Take a pan, put 3 spoon of oil in it.
  • Will fry the peanuts.
  • Put cumin seeds in hot oil and after cooking cumin seeds, add 2 spoon of Dum aloo masala and mashed potatoes will be added.
  • After that add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli and Salt as per taste.
  • Cook the potatoes well for 10 minutes in low flame and then add green coriander leaves to it.

How to make samosa shape

  • Take small pieces of flour.
  • Roll it lengthwise and divide it into two parts.
  • Then fill it with potato masala and shape it into a samosa.
  • In this way Samosa will be made.
  • In the last, we will fry the samosa.
  • Samosa is ready to eat.
