Namak Pare Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Kasturi methi
  • 2 cup hot oil
  • 1/2 spoon celery
  • 1/2 spoon turmeric
  • Salt to taste

Dough preparation method

  • Take 1/2 kg flour.
  • Mix 2 spoon of Kasturi methi, 1/2 spoon of celery, 1/2 spoon of turmeric, Salt according to taste and 2 cup hot oil in the flour.
  • After that add water little by little and knead a soft dough.
  • Keep the kneaded dough for 1/2 hour so that it sets well.

How to make Namak Pare shape

  • Take small balls of flour.
  • Roll it like a bread.
  • With the help of a knife, cut the bread into squares.
  • In this way Namak pare will be made.

Method of frying Namak Pare

  • Take a pan, put oil in it and heat it.
  • Little by little Namak pare will be added and fried on low flame.
  • When light pink colored Namak pare appears, it means it is cooked.
  • Will take it out and keep it separately.
  • In this way Namak pare ready to eat.
