Namak Pare Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Flour
- 2 teaspoon Kasturi methi
- 2 cup hot oil
- 1/2 spoon celery
- 1/2 spoon turmeric
- Salt to taste
Dough preparation method
- Take 1/2 kg flour.
- Mix 2 spoon of Kasturi methi, 1/2 spoon of celery, 1/2 spoon of turmeric, Salt according to taste and 2 cup hot oil in the flour.
- After that add water little by little and knead a soft dough.
- Keep the kneaded dough for 1/2 hour so that it sets well.
How to make Namak Pare shape
- Take small balls of flour.
- Roll it like a bread.
- With the help of a knife, cut the bread into squares.
- In this way Namak pare will be made.
Method of frying Namak Pare
- Take a pan, put oil in it and heat it.
- Little by little Namak pare will be added and fried on low flame.
- When light pink colored Namak pare appears, it means it is cooked.
- Will take it out and keep it separately.
- In this way Namak pare ready to eat.
